Back in the blogging world. Took a break for a bit after a crazy summer so far. So back in May/June some friends and I went on a road trip to Nor Cal for my cousins wedding in oakland. This was quite the reunion. My buddy drew flew into SLC and julie holland and a friend of mine here named jen all got in my element and went for a good old road trip to meet up with our good friend Tyler Ryan. The drive was crazy and long. Nevada is not fun to drive thru. We hit up some cool spots and i'll let the photos do the talking. Tell me your top three favorite photos and give me honest feedback negative/positive. It was a fun trip and we had some cool adventures. Some pics were just for fun. Everyone was good to let me photog and document the trip and be models when i found a cool shot.

Beautiful photos, Dan. Here are my favorites (I couldn't narrow it to 3):
1. 3rd from the top, deserted street, I like the symmetry.
2. 12th from the top, Golden Gate bridge.
3. 16th from top, BEAUTIFUL shorebreak shot!
4. 18th from top, awesome sunset, I really like the tall weeds in the foreground.
I like the lighthouse, the one under the pier, and the one of Jen crouching. But then again, I do like them all. All shot very nicely.

Those are the most beautiful pictures I have ever seen! Looks like such a fun time! I love the pic of the street with the buildings on both sides and the one of you on the little piano with the music on the wall next to you. Actually I like the one with your buddy sitting on the chair too. I like them all!!!

My personal favorites are the shots of the coastline. They are beautiful and it makes me want to go on vacation!
I just got back yesterday from a week of working in California. After going to Huntington beach for the night and seeing the surfers finally pack up at 10:00pm it made me think of you. We've got to take a trip some day so you can be my personal instructor. I've always wanted to learn to surf. See you at the wedding!

hey dan! you're pictures are SO good! I love all of them, but my favorites are the one of the coast w/ the turquoise colored water, the picture of the wave breaking after that, and the one of you on the piano on the street.
Bro!! loooks like you and drizzle spent some time in my town... i know that little peeling left at the bottom of a sheer cliff climb...yikes
